California Online Privacy and Protection Act of 2003 (CalOPPA)

The California Online Privacy and Protection Act of 2003 (CalOPPA) is a privacy law that was enacted in 2003 to protect the privacy of residents of California by requiring operators of websites that collect the PII of California residents to have a Privacy Policy.
