About Termageddon
Use Termageddon to generate a full set of policies to help comply with laws and limit your liability.
Termageddon is $119/year for a full set of auto-updating policies for one website (or application). This includes a Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy (and consent tool), Disclaimer and more. No hidden fees.
During the complimentary onboarding process, we will first answer any questions you have, and then you will be walked through registering an account, purchasing a license, answering the policy questionnaires and then sharing license access with your web designer. Your designer will then copy and paste our codes into the body of your website’s policy pages, displaying the policies and allowing us to push updates to your policies when new disclosures become required.
We then notify you of changes to privacy laws, when new disclosures are required, if any new questions need to be answered and when we are pushing the disclosures to your website policy pages.

Do I really have to have a call?
Long story short, it’s up to you (we do offer DIY instructions). With that said, the vast majority of customers who take a call with us are extremely happy they did so after they’re fully set up. If efficiency is your goal, we would recommend booking us for a call!
How long will this take?
The length of the call will depend on how many privacy laws you will need to make disclosures for. Please set aside the full hour for this call. If your brand is global (aka you’ll accept inquiries/business/donations from anywhere in the world), then the call can take about 35-45 minutes as more laws tend to apply and therefore more disclosures need to be made. If you are more locally focused, the call can take 20-30 minutes.
Can my web designer join this call as well?
Although you are welcome to invite your web designer, we’ve done this call thousands of times and can confidently address any questions you have. If for any reason we are not able to answer a question, we will provide a follow up email to your web designer to confirm any assumptions made when answering the questionnaires.
I’m not tech savvy, is that a problem?
This is not a problem! The vast majority of the questions are based around your business (eg. what’s your business name), and we can help assist you in any of the ‘techy’ questions. We’ve had thousands of calls with customers who do not consider themselves to be tech savvy.
Do you offer discounts for multiple websites?
Yes we do! We’ll talk about it during the call.
What information do I need to have for this call?
Please have access to a computer (please don’t join while you’re in a car), a company (or personal) debit/credit card, and general information about your business (business name, where it was formed, and type of legal entity, such as “sole proprietorship”, “sole trader”, “LLC”, etc.).
Can other people join the call?
Yes, you are welcome to add other guests to the call. Please add their emails into the ‘comments’ section of the calendar invite (or simply copy and share the Zoom link with them). Your web designer is not required for this call.
