California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a privacy law that went into effect on January 1, 2020 to protect the privacy rights of residents of California by requiring certain businesses to have a compliant Privacy Policy, respect consumer rights and meet certain other obligations. The CCPA was amended by the CPRA to provide further protections to residents of California.
