Connecticut SB6 is a privacy law that went into effect on July 1, 2023 and that provides privacy rights to residents of Connecticut. This privacy law applies to persons that do business in Connecticut and that control or process the personal data of 100,000 or more residents of the state or control or process the personal data of 25,000 or more residents of the state and derives more than 25% of their gross revenue from the sale of personal data.
