In May 2025, we launched Termageddon 2.0, a new version of our Privacy Policy Generator featuring numerous updates. One of the main purposes of launching our new tool is to enable us to tweak our policies more quickly (in response to changing laws) and expand into new markets.

The first example of this is the launch of Disclaimer 2.0. Before this launch, we only offered our Disclaimer services to customers in the United States. Now, customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia can use the most comprehensive Disclaimer generator on the market. Claiming our Disclaimer generator is the most comprehensive is one thing… proving it is another.

Luckily, we have the proof!

Our Disclaimer doesn’t just take into account 5 laws… or 10… or 20… or 50… no, it takes into account a staggering 87 laws, rules, and regulations (far more than our next closest competitor). We’ve gathered the full list below.

What does Termageddon’s Disclaimer 2.0 cover?

Here is the full, comprehensive list.

Note: whether or not these laws, rules and regulations are included in someone’s Disclaimer will depend on their selections (e.g. where their business is formed, where they would like to resolve disputes, where they are licensed as a lawyer, etc.)
